Our investment portfolio includes a broad range of the commercial and residential sectors and is geographically focused on the South East of the country. This is the core of the Bloomsbury Portfolio, prioritising quality and covenant strength. Our philosophy is one of continual improvement both through acquisitions and active asset management.

Trading has always been key to Bloomsbury’s strategy and from the very start has included everything from house building to the purchase of property companies and portfolios. Our focus will continue to adapted with the market.

We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver for all those with whom we do business and thanks to our longstanding relationships with all our professional advisors are confident this will continue.

What we do

Recent years have seen a significant expansion of Bloomsbury’s portfolio, targeting well located investments within striking distance of the capital.

Our Commercial Portfolio is well balanced and accounts for around two thirds of the total. It comprises both multi-let industrial investments and individual high street shops as well as self-contained offices.

Our residential portfolio is more specialised and focuses individual properties in South West London as well as highly desirable cathedral cities serving the capital.

We are actively seeking new investment, trading and development opportunities, further details of specific requirements can be found below.

Strategy

Our portfolio has constantly adjusted to balance diversity of risk and specialisation.

The most recent purchases have been modern office and industrial investments and good quality residential ASTs.

Going forward the strategy will see an increased emphasis on geographical specialisation within an hour of the M25 and select residential investments in well healed commuter centres serving the capital.
